Company Overview
The company was incorporated in 1985 as a private Limited company and was converted into a Public Limited company in 1992 and listed in Karachi Stock Exchange in 1994. The company has been delisted from Karachi Stock Exchange way back in April 2003 and thereafater the company has become a delisted company
The company was principally engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of yarn. The production activities of the company were ceased w.e.f June 30,2010 due to incurring heavy losses and high financial cost disproportionate with the earnings of the company and absence of adequate working capital.In view thereof, the company has sold its entire undertaking and other assets and thereafter no business activity has been carried out. The Company is in the process of evaluating the possibility of alternate business activity, which is under consideration. However the company has so far not yet envisaged any other business plan.
